Located an hour’s drive from Auckland in the small fishing town of Leigh, the Leigh Sawmill Cafe is a grand-funk-style roadhouse. Founded in 1996, this establishment is rooted in a rich family history and a passion for fresh food and entertainment. As of December 2023, the Leigh Sawmill Cafe is run by the original Guinness management once again.
The dining style is casual with small plates, a refined pizza menu, and a grill selection from a newly built outdoor wood-fired grill. Plates come out as they are ready and are designed for the whole family to share. From locally sourced fresh produce to delectable seafood straight from neighboring Leigh Fisheries, every dish is a testament to our commitment to delivering quality and freshness.
